Assembly of Components
We manufacture complete assemblies from milled, turned, and sheet metal parts entirely in-house. After production, the components are finished, assembled according to your assembly drawing, and completed with all standard and purchased parts – delivering a ready-to-install product with no additional effort on your part. Special operations such as pressing in bushings and installing HeliCoil thread inserts are of course included.
The installation of HeliCoil thread inserts in aerospace applications in particular requires special care: thanks to decades of experience, we guarantee flawless installation that is 100% visually inspected and, upon request, mechanically verified as well.
